Winter under cultivation

Is as arable as Spring

  1. Wow - they are some wonderful icicles. And yes, the days lengthening are reason for celebration. Have a wonderful Christmas Susan and thank you for visiting my blogs and leaving such delightful comments.

  2. The Winter Solstice is so special, I love the darkness, the stillness,it is as magical as your icicles, and just as fleeting... this moment... this gift.

  3. What a fabulous photo. The longer days are definitely a cause for celebration, I'm not a fan of winter. Merry Christmas from our house to your house.

  4. Longer days ahead...definitely something to look forward to. Our almanac calendar shows a gain of two whole minutes of daylight by month's end. I am not sure about your higher latitudes. Happy holidays to you and your family!
