Change comes naturally throughout the seasons, but the metamorphosis that occurs in Spring is astounding...
Amidst the rich hues of green that erupts on the trees, in the meadows
and along the hillsides the prisms of colour dancing throughout the
flowerbeds and shrubbery covers every imaginable brushstroke from the
artist of perfection... Mother Nature herself.
I hope you have time and the inclination to enjoy the beauty of the merry, merry month of May....
Breathtaking blooms Susan! A walk-about the woodland brings forth delightful treasures indeed. Wishing you a Springtime day overflowing with sunshine and joy!

Looking outside today, you wouldn't believe it's May. Grey skies and rain. Those beautiful blooms are just what I need to cheer me up, I do love dicentra.
ReplyDeleteYour white bleeding hearts are gorgeous!!! I am hoping to be able to grow some here - fingers crossed. :)
ReplyDeleteHope you have a lovely weekend, Susan!

Your May time looks beautiful Susan, I love the white bleeding hearts. Alas our May has not started well with parts of Suffolk suffering some flooding in the past couple of days. Yes, it's been the' wettest drought' on record!
ReplyDeleteI take heart from your lovely images.
Happy weekend!

Stunning pictures, Susan. I suddenly realised yesterday that in little over a month we will have hit the summer solstice. To be honest with all the grey, rainy weather we've been having the long spring evenings have not really featured in our lives.
ReplyDeleteThis is a beautiful blog.

A beautiful series of spring photos, I especially love the Adirondak chair with its simple bouquet of flowers.
ReplyDeleteWe have been making many trips from north to south...and back again watching spring like sliding doors!

ReplyDeleteFor whatever reason, Blogger decided not to let me know that you'd posted. Now I've had the pleasure of finding your May post, on my way to thank you for the birthday wishes.
ReplyDeleteI was so sorry to hear about the terrible freeze in your area last week, and the devastation in the orchards. Nature has her ways of bringing us up short!
It's me again... Zuzu. I just wanted to thank you for your lovely comment over at my little blog - you always write the most delightful things, Susan! :)
