After several weeks of delay...
due to rain we finally had our 'Country Faire'
Amidst the backdrop of vintage and antique quilts the circle of friendship was indulged and shared...
I'd like to extend a sincere thank you to Jocelyn for lending her lush back lawn to the vendors...
Doris for her wonderful photography and of course the ladies and gentlemen that participated...
And a special note to Barbara my little pixie friend that provided plenty of encouragement...
There are whispers of another faire in the Fall... we shall see.
Hello dear Susan! Oh how I wish that I could have attended your lovely faire! Beautiful photos!! I hope you are well and enjoying a wonderful summer!

It looks like a good time was had by all, I would have loved to have been there, it sounds just my thing. Hope you are well.
ReplyDeleteLooks like there are some beautiful quilts on that line :)
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness...what LOVELY goodies! And in such a beautiful setting as well. I thank you most kindly for sharing such a splendid Faire...now if only you lived just down the lane. *sigh*

Susan, it was a great day! You and Barb, so dogged in your determination to make things happen, it should be an annual affaire!! N.xo

ReplyDeleteWhen I first saw that picture of the white blooms (is it Buddleia) I thought it was a flight of ducks, wonder why they are all bent the same way? Sounds like your faire was very successful - what lovely things there were to buy.
