How Do You Measure Success

Let me count the ways…

Our barn sale was greeted by a clear blue sky, dotted by cotton ball clouds. The temperature was a perfect Fall day.

The crowd was good and quite a few sales…

But most of all it was a day spent with wonderful friends.

A special thank you to Barbara, Nancy, Nella, Marty and Valda. And my deepest gratitude to Mr. & Mrs. High for granting the use of their historic property...

  1. That is a fabulous success in more ways than one, I would love to have been there xx
    Hugs Lynn xx

  2. How wonderful that the weather was beautiful and you enjoyed one another's company! I do love everything in the photos ~ absolutely delightful!

  3. Wish I could have been there!

What a lovely blog you have! Thank you much for visiting mine and leaving a comment, very much appreciated!

  4. Oo -I spy some lovely goodies for sale - what a shame you live so far away. Glad you enjoyed your day.

  5. Dear Susan, just had a lovely catch up with you over here. So glad the Barn Sale went well, sounds like you had a very enjoyable day and fruitful day.

    Have a wonderful Fall weekend!

  6. There's success in lots of lovely ways there. It's a shame I live so far away, I'd have been there in a flash.

  7. Belatedly can I just say how wonderful all those gorgeous things look seen together :)

  8. I can only imagine how fun this was Susan! I have only been to three barn sales but they had to be the most fun type of sales I ever attended. I love small sales the best. I remember going to Farm Chicks and feeling quite overwhelmed by it all. But my favorite sale was a little barn sale held in a small town in Idaho with few vendors but wonderful treasures.
I LOVE the quilt in the back of the truck! It is amazing!
    hugs from here...

  9. Thank you to you, dear Susan! I think you know how much I enjoy any of our times together !! Xo
